Serving Suggestion

1. Mix one level scoop of Everyday Fibre with 400ml of water in a shaker bottle. Reduce to one scoop for children under 12 years old.
2. Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Drink immediately. The product will thicken if left standing after shaking.
4. Repeat twice daily.

15g scoop included in pack - equivalent to one and a half tablespoons.

Best consumed 10-30 minutes before meals.
