I bought it (Qenda Ultimate Fibre) for my husband as he had Crohn’s disease and it transformed his life, literally. He took it for more than a year because he felt so good on it and was slightly worried that if he’d stop he’d go back to feeling worse again. That didn’t happen! So now he just takes it for a few weeks once a year for maintenance purposes. It’s definitely worth every penny.
