Serving Suggestion

1. Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre with 400ml of water in a shaker bottle. Reduce to one scoop for children under 12 years old.
2. Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Drink immediately. Product will thicken if left standing after shaking.
4. Repeat twice daily.
